A solid and clear structure, functional architectural solutions, natural materials and calm color palette of earthy tones dominate here. At the ground floor open hall, living room, dining room and kitchen areas allows for maximum use of the space, while keepping a clear separation of zones. On the first floor, there are three children’s rooms and a bathroom, a bedroom with a separate bathroom and an open lounge area for children.

The main accent in the kitchen is a bar with an aged steel facade. An open fragment of a concrete staircase is presented as a decorative spatial detail.

There is a low and soft sofa In the living room, the impression of coziness and naturalness is given by bamboo lamps, a jute rug and a combed wood table. Textiles are solid, without patterns, emphasizing the calm character of the interior. Solid wood cabinet furniture with metal details. In the dining area, sculptural, metal organic-shaped lamps hang above the wooden table as the main visual accent.

The staircase with an open metal structure and wooden steps is designed as an architectural object. Black metal railings and pendant lamps with wooden beams emphasize the vertical volume of the space and the high sloping ceiling of the staircase. All the rooms on the second floor are dominated by high ceilings with open beams and skylights. The bathrooms are laconic, dominated by concrete and dark metal textured tiles.

Natural lighting is very important in this interior. It reveals the play of shadows on the clay-coated walls, highlights the textures of the materials, softens contrasts and gives the space a calm, balanced rhythm.
