House X is a vision of a luxurious and smart home in a small city or suburban area. Modern box shaped architecture modules create dynamic rhythm and functional areas of the house. There is a rectangular pond beside the house.

Building structure is chosen as a vertical plan. The central axis is the elevator, which connects all house levels. Living, dining and kitchen areas are designed in underground level. A big window shows amazing view to the underwater pond world, and the daylight passes through the natural sunlight tunnel directly to the kitchen area.

On the ground floor there is a garage, entrance and a technical room. The second floor contains a bedroom with a panoramic window and a bathroom. The third floor can be suited for children or relax space.

The design concept is intended for customers searching for unique, unusual home atmosphere with smart and interesting design solutions and maximum functionality and comfort.
